1. Under the “Enforcement” header, there are three options to choose from. Choose the “Turn on enforcement from date” option and select a date that users will be required to have configured MFA on. We recommend 30 days from today.
  2. Click the select box next to “New user enrollment period” and select 1 week. This is the amount of time a new hire will have to enable MFA after the enforcement date before they are required to do so in order to login. You can choose a different window of time if you like!
  3. Under the “Allowed 2-step verification methods” header, we recommend keeping the “Any” option selected at first in order to make it easier on your less technically-savvy individuals to receive codes via text message instead of having to install an application. If your team is all technically savvy and own smartphones, you can choose the second option, “Any except verification codes via text, phone call” for higher security.
  4. Click on the blue “Save” button on the bottom-right.
